If you have the Google Drive app installed and syncing a folder on this device, you can save your backup straight into it — no upload needed, Drive syncs it automatically. First time, you'll be asked to pick that synced Drive folder; after that it remembers it for this browser tab.
Once turned on, this browser tab will silently save a backup into your chosen Drive folder on a schedule — no need to click anything. It only runs while this app is open in the browser (it can't run in the background when the tab or computer is closed), so leaving it open on a computer that stays on works best.
Choose a previously downloaded backup file. This will overwrite any existing records that share the same ID, and add anything new — it will not delete data that isn't in the file.
